Service Description

1 to 1 Personal Football Training is your chance to focus on anything you want or need to develop your football game whether it be: * skills related like dribbling, control and shooting * strength & fitness related like speed/reaction drills, upper & core body power * endurance/stamina related if you keep running out of energy during a game Quite often footballers need a balanced development session which incorporates all aspects of the game at once in order for the body to grow and improve at the same time. This session will help you identify a point of focus to work on or build up on everything you already have into something better so you feel lighter and stronger on the pitch - self-confidence can take a huge dip when we become fatigued and massively affect everything we do on the pitch - another area of focus I can help you develop is your ability to keep the mind strong especially when things aren't going right on the pitch or our bodies are slowing down. --- Preventing injury or burnout is a big part of football so these sessions will be tailored to your attributes, your goals, your weaknesses and how to make improvements without getting injured and side-lining yourself for the season - none of us want to miss a crucial match because we did too much or keep doing things which make our muscles & joints vulnerable to injury/sprain etc.
