Service Description
My outdoor sessions are obviously dependent on our wonderfully changeable English weather and what your preferences are to workout conditions! I centre our sessions around your specific physical goals and I typically use bodyweight & light movement based exercise & fitness to achieve these results. There are multiple types of sessions I offer which are all slightly different but still fall under 1 to 1 Personal Training: 1. Bodyweight Circuit Training 2. Walker-cise/Doggy-cise 3. Football Fitness Training There are 4 locations to choose from: 1. Wharf Park, Bawtry 2. King's Wood, Bawtry 3. Town Fields, Doncaster 4. Elm Field Park, Doncaster Working 1 to 1 is a great way to get very personalised support to help you achieve your goals and to keep you on track with weekly check-ups!
