Service Description
Fitness training is all about moving your body. Typically we'll focus on bodyweight exercises and cardio fitness with movements built in to increase agility, reactions, speed, power, flexibility, strength & stamina. Sessions are outdoors at 3 locations: 1. Town Fields, Doncaster Mon & Tue = 9am - 4.30pm 2. King's Wood or Wharf Street Park, Bawtry, Wed, Thr & Fri = 9am - 4.30pm
Cancellation Policy
All lifestyle sessions are private & confidential - nothing discussed will be repeated outside of the room. Your trust is paramount to me and I will honour and respect this declaration, your life and our commitments to each other. Commitments: - to be open & honest - to be courteous & polite - to be punctual - to engage & interact For fitness & football sessions: no pay, you don't play. Fees upfront before session starts - nothing owed. Can pay cash or bank transfer. If you pay and can't make it, I will issue a refund or carry it over for another time - you decide.
