Week 7 - Positive Mental Attitude - How to stay positive?
Updated: Aug 8
Most people treat positive thinking like a cheap coat of paint. They try to slap a happy thought over a rusty, damaged Basement and wonder why their life is still stuck on a default loop. If your conscious mind is shouting, "I am a winner" while your subconscious is vibrating with an old, "I’m a failure" file, you create intense internal friction.
You end up feeling like a fraud because positive thinking is just a temporary, selective act, whereas a true Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) is an integrated state of your thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Your attitude isn't just a mood; it's your personal Elevation System. It determines the quality of the air you breathe and the exact view you have of your life. When you’re stuck at ground level, blindly reacting to the noise and static of the world, you can only see the weeds. Week 7 of the 12 Week APA Reset is where we master your internal frequency so you can rise above the chatter and take control of your vibration.
Scale of Internal Elevation: Where Are You Standing?
To escape the trap of living a lesser life by accident, you must understand that this vertical scale isn’t a collection of abstract metaphors. It’s a precise technical map tracking your internal psychological altitude, and your elevation dictates your entire reality. It completely mutates your Perspective, your Self-Image, your Core Beliefs, your Attitude, and the Actions you take.
Look at this map and figure out where your mind is operating right now:
Level 1: Ground Level (0 FT) – The Reactive Prisoner:
Absolute tunnel vision. You mistake your current bank balance, packed schedule, or immediate environment for permanent reality. Your self-image is a victim of circumstance, your core beliefs are rooted in scarcity, and your attitude is heavy, defensive, and highly cynical. Your physical body automatically enters an Auto-Drift Lockdown, blindly reaching for short-term substances, scrolling, and comfortable distractions to numb the pain.
Level 2: Tallest Man (7 FT) – The Friction Fighter:
Intermittent awareness. You can see over the immediate crowd static, but your feet are still touching the heavy concrete of your old environment. You stand right at the Friction Junction, feeling the intense chemical pull of old habits while manually exhausting your daily willpower battery to freeze your default habits.
Level 3: Tallest Tree (300 FT) – The Aligned Admin:
This is your first taste of true separation from the earth baseline. You gain a clean lookout over the horizon and treat ground-level daily chaos as simple, neutral feedback data. You activate the Admin Gateway Protocol, stepping into the leading chair of your day, closing the shutters on outside pings, and executing your high-value blocks with crisp, laser discipline.
Level 4: Cloud Layers (30,000 FT) – The Stratosphere Architect:
At the roof of the world, local life distractions disappear entirely beneath you. You operate completely from your higher faculties, viewing yourself as an original, high-frequency instrument of expansion. Your attitude is absolute certainty, emitting a powerful broadcast frequency of victory, and executing bold, high-leverage steps with Relentless Fluid Tenacity.
Level 5: Deep Space (100,000 FT) – The Cosmic Master:
Breaking entirely free from planetary gravity into the serene, silent cosmic void. Solid matter dissolves into the truth of your anthem: "we are all just sound." Cravings and internal static drop to zero, leaving pristine serenity and effortless morning vitality. Your execution flows seamlessly on a High-Velocity Autopilot software script with flawless technical precision.
Loving the Cage: Breaking the Stockholm Syndrome holding your life hostage
If you try to execute a Level 5 legacy using a Level 1 self-image, your system will suffer a fatal crash. You can’t build a premium lifestyle while your core beliefs are trapped on the pavement. This brings us to the psychological master lock keeping you bonded to your limitations: Stockholm Syndrome.
We identify this not as a rare clinical event, but as a daily Vibrational Trap where the mind learns to love and defend the very habits, people, and environments that are holding it hostage.
Because your old limitations provided your ground-level survival, your mind starts to view them as safe. You become the publicist for your own pain, making excuses for your warehouse life, defending your toxic routines, or staying in a negative crowd to avoid the Terror Barrier of being alone.
Your attitude acts as the ultimate ransom note. If you run an Animal Attitude, you sound like a hostage saying, "It's not that bad, I'm lucky to have even this much." The second you execute a PMA Flip and step into an Admin Attitude, you reclaim your chair. You stop begging for the scraps of a mediocre life, realise you're the one holding the keys to the cage, and start engineering your breakout.
Facing the Dragon of Change
Whenever you attempt to explore what you truly want in life, your internal protection system triggers the Dragon of Change. This is an automated legacy file that screams, "NO" to keep you safe inside your baseline survival warehouse. It operates on a cold deception, trying to convince you that the cliff of change is a death drop and that your self-sabotaging routines are your only sanctuary.
Look at how this internal dialogue plays out inside your head when you don't manage your inputs:
Dragon (The Captor): "What are you doing? Sit back down, you aren't built for this. Remember last time you tried to change and looked stupid? Stay in the cave, it's safe and comfortable here."
Admin (The Pilot): "I hear you, Dragon, but I'm not 'trying' anymore - I am Administering. My past was my training, not my cage. The old pain was just data from a version of me that didn't have these tools."
Dragon: "But think about the cost! If you jump over that cliff, you’ll lose your comfort. People will judge you. They’ll say you’ve changed. It's better to be part of the crowd and liked."
Admin: PMA Flip Activated: "There is no ready, there's only Active. I choose my own approval over mainstream noise. My curiosity is my compass, my Will is my engine, and the Admin is in the chair."
You don't need to slay the Dragon; you simply need to stop loving the cage it guards. Use your higher faculty of perception to see the Dragon for what it truly is: a terrified legacy file running spam data.
Blueprint in Action: The Case of Dolly
Look at Dolly, a 22-year-old influencer who looks successful on a phone screen but is completely stuck at Ground Level. Her conscious mind desperately wants to open a boutique dog grooming studio because she loves the soul-connection of animals. However, her subconscious is running a corrupted, ancestral file that screams: "Dog grooming doesn't pay the bills; stay independent and trade your body for likes."
She feels like a fraud because she has 30,000 followers but zero feet in actual altitude. By Week 7, Dolly uses the PMA Flip to ground her old files. When the fear of failure whispers to her, she flips it: "I am already a Master Groomer in spirit; the physical studio is just catching up." She puts the phone down, stops chasing validation, and grabs the grooming shears. She stops being a mediocre copy of an influencer and steps into her identity as a Bespoke Masterpiece.
Your Week 7 Flight Manual: How to Stay Positive?
So, how do you actually stay positive when the ground-level static starts hitting your cockpit? You don't do it by pasting a fake smile over your problems. You do it through strict, real-time tactical discipline, and an intentional action to monitor your inputs. This week, our students move from the theory of the mind into the Mastery of the Moment by running a strict 24-Hour Mental Fast.
To survive the fast, they fill out a proprietary PMA Flip Mission Sheet - a literal flight recorder for their brain. Before taking off, they run a precise pre-flight check to pinpoint their baseline altitude, and identify the exact external noise most likely to cause turbulence that day. Then, throughout the day, they log their real-time ascent using three strict operating rules:
Zero Complaints: No grumbling about the weather, the traffic, or the algorithm of life.
Zero Criticism: No judging the people around you, and absolutely zero judging yourself.
Zero Condemnation: No doom-scrolling or feeding the negative loops that keep you trapped in the warehouse.
When a ground-level reaction hits, they use their higher faculty of reason to instantly pivot to a high-altitude sovereign response. If the traffic is a joke, they don't slam the wheel; they flip it: "I'm grateful for this 10 minutes of extra 'Soul Therapy' music."
Smash Through the Logical Barrier
The moment you try to fly higher, your old paradigm will deploy its ultimate stealth saboteur: The Logical Barrier, manufacturing highly realistic, sensible excuses to turn down your thermostat. To smash right through it and keep your aircraft locked on the runway, you must deploy the three P's:
Practice (Repetition of Flight):
Stop looking for perfection and start looking for practice. Every single flip is a heavy mental muscle rep. You become the air traffic controller of your own frequency.
Patience (Law of Gestation):
Understand that physical results always lag behind mental shifts. If you’re vibrating at a high altitude but the world still looks like the warehouse, stay in the air. The physical world is a slow mirror - it will catch up.
Persistence (Refusal to Land):
This is your refusal to let gravity pull you back into old loops. Persistence isn't grinding; it's holding your uncompromised blueprint when your mind tries to invent a clever way out.
When your energy dips or your mind feels slow, don't run back to your old escapes to numb the intensity of the jump. Use the raw humility of your internal Mini Poem to audit the low chemical baseline in real-time:
"I'm tired, I'm drained, my mind feels slow. I believe in my dreams and the eternal flow. I feel like quitting and I feel the glow. So it's back to work I go, go, go."
Accept the fatigue as pure neutral data. Bypassing your immediate physical limits, execute your master visualization circuit, and force your physical instrument to hit the very next micro-goal on your schedule.
Live with Purpose:
True transformation requires absolute internal validation, not a fake, cheesy smile pasted over a messy life. Stop staring at the mirror looking for flaws, and stop waiting for a round of applause from a crowd running a corrupted software script anyway. Fix your posture, own your frequency, and use the PMA Flip to step out of the Stockholm trap today so you can finally command your daily routines, and live your life on purpose.
