Service Description
Footy Fitness is for people who want to play or do play competitive football. The sessions are geared up for developing all aspects of fitness which include drills for the following: - dribbling & ball control - passing accuracy & range - shooting accuracy, power & position - speed & power - agility & reactions - movement & stamina - core strength - set pieces - mini game situation PROPER NET & BALLS with CIRCUITS & CONES Mobility, warm-ups, stretching & cool downs all involved to help you avoid injury and recover quicker. * Mid-week training will take place on a Wednesday or Thursday once the evenings get brighter towards Spring 2026 - March/April. For now training takes place on a Saturday from 12 noon - 1.30pm, after the Kickabout session which starts at 10.30am.

All lifestyle sessions are private & confidential - nothing discussed will be repeated outside of the room. Your trust is paramount to me and I will honour and respect this declaration, your life and our commitments to each other. Commitments: - to be open & honest - to be courteous & polite - to be punctual - to engage & interact For fitness & football sessions: no pay, you don't play. Fees upfront before session starts - nothing owed. Can pay cash or bank transfer. If you pay and can't make it, I will issue a refund or carry it over for another time - you decide.
