no forced introductions or personal life experience sharing, keep yourself to yourself or engage - no pressure, no judgement, no worries

power-point presentation style - depending on venue/room used

otherwise, old skool studying from booklet material with participant work book

this is a laid back atmosphere that creates positivity, creativity & safety

I use music, video, images, humour, exercises, activities & real-life experiences
