Service Description
This is where we very simply get a chance to talk to each other so we get a feel for the other person. Successful coaching is all about establishing a base of reliability, trust and sincerity. Communication is vital and this gives us the opportunity to start our journey on a positive, whilst covering the basics. You can request either a phone call or email communication at this stage!
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling a session with a minimum of 24 hours notice will grant you a full refund unless you wish to reschedule. Less than 24 hours notice from your session start time will result in no refund being offered as my time is important and I have a schedule to maintain. Thank you for understanding.
