Service Description
These sessions are for private one 2 one development where we wok on your specific goals related to your unique football abilities. It doesn't matter what you want, I'll create sessions around your goals to help you: - increase your sprint speed & recovery - develop your endurance & stamina - enhance your ball control, dribbling, skills & feints - boost your agility, reactions & movements - set piece specifics - core strength & explosive power Sometimes players get better & quicker results from one 2 one sessions where it's all about you and your individual game. Evening sessions will be available from March/April on Wednesday, Thursday or Fridays - TBC Get in touch for one 2 one sessions.
Cancellation Policy
All lifestyle sessions are private & confidential - nothing discussed will be repeated outside of the room. Your trust is paramount to me and I will honour and respect this declaration, your life and our commitments to each other. Commitments: - to be open & honest - to be courteous & polite - to be punctual - to engage & interact For fitness & football sessions: no pay, you don't play. Fees upfront before session starts - nothing owed. Can pay cash or bank transfer. If you pay and can't make it, I will issue a refund or carry it over for another time - you decide.
