I would like to invite you to my online blog, so welcome everybody.
It's worth pointing out right from the start that all posts from this site are written with the intention to help people become better versions of themselves. Yes it's corny and yes it's somewhat of a cliché but it's completely true.
Views, opinions, materials, resources and all other forms of content are strictly here to help broaden your perspective of life & help you develop your self-awareness.
'My personal aim is to encourage, motivate and inspire people to change for the better by helping them set personal life goals, rooted in purpose & desire.'
I have gained knowledge through education, certification, self-study, and personal experiences. Naturally, the entire site will blend knowledge, understanding, wisdom, and interpretation from a specific perspective—the writer's, which is mine.

Change is not easy. In advance I have already assumed that you want this. Every time I tried to make big important changes in the past, I started off on track but then the weight of doing this by myself became too much & I gave up. Although this is a personal journey, I don't want you to feel alone - so you've got me...
Most of us want similar things in life, such as:
to be physically fit & healthy
to have a positive mindset/attitude
to live & work with our passions
to have money & time freedom
to do the things we enjoy
to have great relationships
It's ok if you want something else. In fact, I absolutely love it because the whole point is that YOU live the way YOU want. Therefore individuality is celebrated and encouraged here because a lot of peoples unhappiness stems from giving up on their dreams and settling into the responsible adult life.
Well let me tell you this - you can be responsible and still have fun - you can work hard and still have energy - you can live life and still follow your dreams...
HOW?
By setting goals for the future that inspire you...by setting goals which fuel you with excitement...by setting goals which are specific to your wants & desires...
People think that you can't live this way if you have a certain type of job or if you're a parent or if you want to be taken seriously as a person - this type of thinking has to go!
No matter how bad things are going or were in the past, you have something that somebody else will not, so try to be grateful. That might seem ridiculous and even annoy you a little but the truth is this:
'When you're in the middle of a storm you'll cling onto anything for survival but when the storm has passed, some will keep clinging - let it go - you're safe.'
This is true for so many of us. In my stormy moments I clung to substances and I know many of you did or do the same. Sometimes we cling to negative thoughts and these can turn into limiting beliefs overtime which affect our physical actions & behaviours - this is something we need to become aware of, and we will.
This is a wonderful stage in your life. This is a platform for you to build your future by asking yourself, WHAT DO I TRULY WANT FROM MY LIFE?
I will help you by offering suggestions & direct guidance regarding your new lifestyle goals. I can help you:
